- 1 Baking Pan ±20x20cm Greased and Lined
Ingredients
Snickerdoodle Blondie
- 160 grams HEBA® Supa-Seed Flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 175 grams Xylitol or Erythritol
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 5 large Eggs
- 170 grams Butter
Sprinkle
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Sweetener Xylitol or Erythritol
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Prepare square pan by covering with baking paper
- Whisk together all dry ingredients except for the cinnamon sugar
- Add in eggs and vanilla and mix till well combined
- Melt butter then add and mix well
- Add mixture to the prepared pan and flatten
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top
- Bake in oven for approximately 25-35 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing
