Equipment

  • 1 Baking Pan ±20x20cm Greased and Lined

Ingredients 

Snickerdoodle Blondie

  • 160 grams HEBA® Supa-Seed Flour
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 175 grams Xylitol or Erythritol
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 170 grams Butter

Sprinkle

  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Sweetener Xylitol or Erythritol

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Prepare square pan by covering with baking paper
  • Whisk  together all dry ingredients except for the cinnamon sugar
  • Add in eggs and vanilla and mix till well combined
  • Melt butter then add and mix well
  • Add mixture to the prepared pan and flatten
  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top
  • Bake in oven for approximately 25-35 minutes
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing
