Snickerdoodle Blondie
- 160 grams HEBA® Supa-Seed Flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 175 grams Xylitol or Erythritol
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 5 large Eggs
- 170 grams Butter
Sprinkle
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Sweetener Xylitol or Erythritol
Preheat oven to 180°C
Prepare square pan by covering with baking paper
Whisk together all dry ingredients except for the cinnamon sugar
Add in eggs and vanilla and mix till well combined
Melt butter then add and mix well
Add mixture to the prepared pan and flatten
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top
Bake in oven for approximately 25-35 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing
