HEBA Cheese and Onion Mug Muffin
Ingredients:
3 TBS HEBA Bread in a Mug Premix (see pack for instructions)
3 TBS chopped, fried onion
2 TBS grated cheese
1 TBS onion powder
Method:
Reserve a bit of onion and cheese for topping.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a mug.
Add the reserved toppings and microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds (adjust for your microwave).
Enjoy your simple and satisfying homemade treat!

The amazing Nondumiso Mthembu made a HEBA Pizza Base topped cheese, chicken and peppadews!

EASY HEBA PIZZA BASE 🍕
80g Heba
100ml Greek Yoghurt or Amasi
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 x egg
Salt and pepper
10 ml Italian Herbs, optional
METHOD
1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Divide the mixture into two and roll into balls.
2. Place the two balls on a baking tray with baking paper and flatten. Tip: Use a second piece of baking paper over the pizza balls when flattening.
3. Bake at 180’C degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the bases start to brown. Tip: If you want the bases to be extra crispy, spread a layer of melted butter over them before baking.
