Our dear friend Mamiki made these irresistible HEBA Peanut Butter Cookies — one of our all-time favourite recipes! They’re crunchy, delicious, and hit the spot every time. 😍 Read the recipe below to see how to make them!

The BEST EVER HEBA Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe👇
Ingredients:
🔸 ½ cup crunchy, unsweetened peanut butter
🔸 4 TBSP erythritol/xylitol
🔸 1 egg
🔸 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions:

Our friend, Mamiki Moena whipped up these delicious HEBA Pancakes using the Bread in a Mug premix! Thanks to the low-carb raising agent already in the mix, you get perfectly airy, golden pancakes every time.

Easy HEBA Pancakes
🥄 1 TBSP HEBA Bread in a Mug (add more for a thicker pancake)
🥚 2 eggs
🥜 1 TBSP sugar-free peanut butter
🍦 A dash of vanilla essence
🍬 Xylitol/erythritol to taste

Method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, peanut butter, vanilla essence, and sweetener until smooth.
