Ingredients 

  • 3 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 head Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tbsp HEBA®
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger Sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Full Cream Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Black Pepper to Taste
  • 1 squeeze Fresh Lemon or Lime

Instructions

  • Saute the onion, garlic and ginger. Then, add the HEBA®, broth, cream, and spices, and bring it to a simmer before adding the broccoli and baby spinach to lightly wilt.
  • Once the broccoli is soft enough transfer the contents of the pot to the blender and blend until smooth and steaming hot.
  • Now add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. Garnish with greek yoghurt. Pour into a bowl and enjoy hot!
