Ingredients
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 head Broccoli Florets
- 2 tbsp HEBA®
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic Minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger Sliced
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Full Cream Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- Black Pepper to Taste
- 1 squeeze Fresh Lemon or Lime
Instructions
- Saute the onion, garlic and ginger. Then, add the HEBA®, broth, cream, and spices, and bring it to a simmer before adding the broccoli and baby spinach to lightly wilt.
- Once the broccoli is soft enough transfer the contents of the pot to the blender and blend until smooth and steaming hot.
- Now add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. Garnish with greek yoghurt. Pour into a bowl and enjoy hot!
