Saute the onion, garlic and ginger. Then, add the HEBA®, broth, cream, and spices, and bring it to a simmer before adding the broccoli and baby spinach to lightly wilt.
Once the broccoli is soft enough transfer the contents of the pot to the blender and blend until smooth and steaming hot.
Now add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. Garnish with greek yoghurt. Pour into a bowl and enjoy hot!
