Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp Milk Full-Fat
- 1 Scoop HEBA® Instant Broth Powder
- 3 Tbsp HEBA® Supa-Seed Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a mug
- Mix well, then flatten and smooth over the top
- Microwave on high for 2:30 - 3 minutes
- Turn out from the mug all allow to cool slightly before slicing
